On the whole very happy, and have used this hotel a number of times.

I didn’t have any meals I did not request a quiet room on booking hotel, but with bars all around, bass can be heard till 2.30ish, noise is unavoidable.The hotel was very adequate for my needs, somewhere to shower and put my head, even with the noise from the bars.

The fact the lift broke down the last 4 days of my stay, and the stairs to 3rd floor was killer for me. The shower needs a folding seat for elderly people, and shelf for shampoo, conditioner and sponge, the floor is very slippy for people unsteady on their feet.

Great location close to bars and the beech. Staff were very good kept the room clean.

Hotel is old needs a bit of updating. The TV was nearly as old as me.

Good value if basic hotel, clean & close to nightlife. Quiet enough to sleep well with helpful staff.

At least 2 close hotel's in the same group (Eastiny) have swimming pools but both these hotels (+2 others in the group) were closed so no swimming pool or sun bathing.

I booked a little late for this New Year's trip, so it was a little more expensive than I thought.

All of the staff are very nice. The front desk man, Aun, accommodates to your needs quickly and very well. He's also good to chat with. The cleaning staff also always showed smiles. Soi 8, where the hotel is on, is located in the center of Pattaya, so it's not far from anywhere you want to go. Central Festival mall being close is one of the best things.

The room was advertised to have a king bed, but it was a queen or twin. One side of the building faces a beer bar area with live music until 2am every night; you'll need ear plugs to sleep if you're going to sleep before that. The bathroom is open and wet, meaning the shower is not separate from the rest of the bathroom.

Very poor management

Nothing management charged for a room that I did not get even though I let them know well in advance I was in an accident and could not travel very poor form

The fact I was charged for a room I could not attend and giving management plenty of notice I could not attend very poor performance on managements behalf

The rooms could be with updating. The photos on there web site are out of date probably from when they first opened!!!

I travel to Thailand to Pattaya 4 times a year , I am sorry we can not do business together again

I had to leave after 4 days My friend from Australia was staying in another hotel and he was looking to stay at the Bella Vista , I said he could have my room as I had already paid in full Your staff manager would not even consider my request which I felt was total ignorance on his part My friend had his passport and anything else the manager would have wanted I would think he may have had ideas of re renting the room for his own profit Totaly not happy with this situation

Location.

Staff behaviour. They refused to clean the rooms after 2PM. Also the receptionist tried to fool us into paying extra cash in name of cab booking even when we cancelled the booking since the cab driver she had contacted for us was overcharging.

Dirty bed dirty towel smelly room noisy coz drunks ppl staff never shy to ask for money all the time the reception lady called my room asking for tip???? Tried to open the room door and the key broken reception lady asked for huge amount of money to copy the key I took key to locksmith cost me forty baht she asked for nine hundred

IT IS NOT WORTHY FOR WHAT WE ARE SPENDING THIS AREA

VERY GOOD CENTRE AT PATAYYA CENTRAL AREA , BUT SO ROUNDING AREA WAS NOISE DUE TO GOVT GIVEN PERMISSION FOR BARS AND ETC., AND OTHER ROOM FACILITIES TOBE REQUIRED LIKE TEA/COFFEE MAKER WITH COFFEE/TEA AND WATER TOBE SUPPLIED AND OTHER SERVICES TOBE PROVIDED LIKE SWIMMING POOL AND ETC.

Nice room with balcony, great location , laundry across the road , really cheap, 7-11 round the corner.

No safety box in room but have them at the 24hr reception free of charge.

No facility in hotel. Not even complimentary water bottle. No shower gel, it's not value of money. Very worst hotel I had ever stay in Thailand. My overall rating would go below 2. Bye

Cheap but dated hotel but the bed was comfortable, but I wouldn't stay here again.

Location good however there are plenty of other and nicer hotels in the area. Having said that the bed was comfortable the shower was hot air conditioning was cold, and it's cheep

The photos didn't do the hotel justice in a negative way, the rooms are far worse when you get there! if fact I nearly checked out and found another hotel but read on and make your own mind up. The room had a fridge but this hadn't been cleaned there was marks from what had been stored in there previously. the bathroom was grimy particularly the sink. the room had a TV which was an old box type I'm not sure if it worked as I never turned it on. I personally would not stay here again and I have had many rugby trips with budget hotels. There is plenty of choice in the area. One of our group stayed at the Eastiny Plaza which is a better choice with friendlier staff and better rooms.

Meet a live dragon lady!!

Bell boy. Polite n courteous always. Nothing else was even acceptable

The unsanitary shower floor tiles But the female receptionist was exceptional.. Most uncouth, unmanned, intrusive, arrogant, impolite, rude person iv encountered. Too much loud music from clubs nearby until 4am. Stay only if you are desperate.
